Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bloomco ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the website at bloomco.live (the "Site"). We have built the Site to collect as little information as possible. Please read this policy alongside any separate agreement you have with us if you are an existing client.
The short version
The Site is an informational page only. It has no accounts, no login, no shopping cart, and no forms. We do not run analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts, and we do not set our own cookies. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us by email.
Information we collect
- Information you send us by email. If you contact us at [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it solely to read and respond to your enquiry.
-
Technical data processed by our hosting provider. The Site is hosted on
Cloudflare. As part of delivering and protecting the Site, Cloudflare automatically processes
limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and request details, and may set
a security cookie (for example
__cf_bm) to distinguish humans from bots. This is standard infrastructure operation and is not used by us to identify or track you.
How we use information
We use the limited information described above only to:
- respond to and manage enquiries you send us;
- operate, secure, and maintain the Site.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We do not share your information with third parties except: (a) our hosting provider (Cloudflare), which processes technical data to deliver the Site; and (b) where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Data retention
We keep emails you send us only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for our reasonable record-keeping, after which they are deleted. Technical data handled by Cloudflare is retained according to Cloudflare's own retention practices.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict our use of it. For most visitors we hold no personal information at all. To make a request, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
International visitors
The Site is delivered through a global content network, so the technical data described above may be processed on servers located in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for any such processing.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
